What type of warranty comes with a Premier Communities home?
Every Premier Communities unit comes with a 2-10 home buyers warranty. This means that the customer receives a full warranty during the first year, a systems and structure warranty during the second year, and a structure only warranty the remaining 8 years. This gives the homeowner 10 years worth of some type of warranty coverage. See the "New Home Tips / Warranty" section of our website for more information.

How will I select my color and options?
Options and colors are typically chosen at the time of contract signing. A professional interior decorator can help you choose all of your colors and options so that you are assured a home that is perfect for you.

Should a customer choose to utilize one of these options, the financing process is streamlined to help our customers get the right type of loan for their situation. Our sales team will give you two or three different banks to consider whom have all performed well for our past customers.

How long does it take to build a home?
The building process is driven by several factors including market conditions, materials availability, subcontractor workload, weather, etc... A customer should typically expect a one year time frame from signing of contract to turnover of the unit.
