Mark G. Botts, vice-president and co-founder of Premier Communities, Inc. is a Florida state certified Building Contractor and Real Estate Broker. Originally from the mid-west, Mark attended Ohio State University and graduated with a degree in Finance. Since 1992, he has played an instrumental role in developing, building, and marketing numerous success residential communities through Sarasota County.
The success of each of these communities is due in fact to Mark's high standards for quality and workmanship. These standards were developed early on as a young boy working with his father, who was a custom home builder in Marion, Ohio. This commitment to excellence has been complemented with numerous awards for his superior sales achievements.
The National Association of Home Builders presented him with the prestigious MIRM (Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing) Award. He was co-founder of the Sales and Marketing Council of Sarasota County, and served two terms as Chairman of the Sarasota Contractors Association Parade of Homes.
Mark recognizes the importance of "sense of neighborhood and community" and therefore plays an active part in the development, as well as his building contributions.
